Today was fun! It was something worth looking forward to!

First thing in the morning, we sat through the boring concert. And by boring, i really mean it. )=

But anyway, we went back to bpps after that. Not that we went straight away though. We went plaza first. But, most of the shops are not opened yet. So we just headed straight for MCD to grab some quick lunch. d=

Later, we went back to bpps. Woo hoo. I saw many old friends. I felt so happy at that time. And i saw her too. XD

After some chat and joking around, they finally let us in at 1.30pm. And u know what? The first thing i did was to head straight for the basketball court, which contains LOTS of memories for me! It looks the same after all. We walked around a bit and finally settled down at the canteen, where we used to run around. Sure bring back lots of memories. XD

Soon, Mr. Ong came down. He seem so cheerful and his arms are piled with presents. I added mine to his pile. He commented that i had slimmed down a lot and he will not have recognise me if i had not called his name. Did i change alot? lol.

In the afternoon, the basketball thing was cancelled cos some cannot make it. So i went back home, before coming out again soon. I went to find her. She was walking alone and i decided to accompany her, in the rain. It was so fun, in every sense of that word! Haha.

I AM REALLY SO HAPPY TODAY!!!

I am so damn stressed up right now. Maybe i should stop pressuring myself. But i really need the A1, since... Oh well, forget it. Nobody cares anyway. I am STILL sick and tired of my class.

Results slip tomorrow! Hmm... i really wonder whether i had met my target this term. I hope so... or i will become moody again.

And why am i always picked on? i am always picked on by my friends, just cos i am a nice guy They took it for granted. SIGH...

I really feel like going into a deep sleep now, but life forbids it. There is still the chemistry exam tomorrow.

Oh crap. I don't even know how should i feel today. I am feeling both angry, sad and happy. Weird right?Yes, i am weird. Hmm, let me analyse each feeling slowly.

Angry
Why am i always being picked on just cos i am a nice guy? Everyone seem to do whatever they like to me without considering my feelings. What happened today was a good example. Just cos i dun say anything, does not mean that they can snatch my phone away from my pocket. IT IS SO DAMN CHILDISH AND LAME. Some people never learn to grow up. And they do it in a gang. WTH. The next thing i know, i had slammed my bottle to the floor and stomped off. Poor water bottle. It suffered some dents. I should have controlled myself more. But i had ENOUGH.

Sad
Guess what? I got a freaking A2 for my lasr math test. I was expecting another A1. Crap. But on a lighter note, my overall grade for math this term will still be A1, cos i got quite a high A1 for the previous math test. d=

Happy
So much for negative feelings. I was actually feeling a bit happy today. The most obvious reasons are teachers' day and my birthday. Both are just a few days away. Another reason will be that i had prepared my present for her! LOL. I dun noe whether she will like it, but i tried my best. XD

So, can anyone tell me what to feel? I am really confused. Perhaps i should just forget about this whole thing and continue studying for my chemistry exam on wed. Haiz...

camp
Posted on: Friday, August 25, 2006
Posted at: 2:15 PM
Hey people. I AM BACK!!! Muhahaha. Ok, i know i am a bit exaggerating here. But i really miss a lot of things when i was at camp. My home, my bed, my computer, my family, my friends and that someone. XD

Hmm... the camp was actually quite fun. Maybe it was a bit boring, but it is better than i expected. It was also better than last year's sec one camp, at least for me. Haha. Now, i shall briefly say about the camp.

1st day
We arrived at the campsite after a 30 min bus ride. OMG!!! it is so so so ulu. It is located at Lim Chu Kang.

I wonder how other people can find this campsite. Well, that is what i thought at first. A campsite in a ulu place. The facilities there must be lousy. BUT, it turns out that the facilities there were very good. The welfare is a lot better than last year.

After pitching our tents, we went to eat our lunch. THe lunch was served in army style. One had to queue up and go down a table with some trays. Then the people at the table will take a scoop of the food and put it in your plate. For example, one tray contained rice and the other contained meat. They will just dump the food into your plate. And yeah, we had to wash our plates.

So after lunch, we went for a activity called "River challenge". Basically it is just to build a raft with some tubings and spars. Then, evryone had to cross the river safely. There is no escaping. The river is brown in colour. And it smells like shit. But everyone had to get wet somehow.

Next up, is the "Nature Rumble". Sounds nice? LOL. we had to get down to mud. Yes, mud. The black, sticky substance that reach up to our necks. I was just relieved that i was wearing my old shoes. Phew.

The rest of the day proceeded without any major stuff. So yeah, after some night activities, we went to sleep. By the way, the tent is SO hot and stuffy!

2nd day
We woke up at 5.30 am the next day. Yawn. That day was not really fun in any sense in the morning. We went for some more games and tried the obstacle course. Looks like i am still fit after all. I can cross all the 4 obstacles, the parallel bar, the low wall, swinging bridge and the suicide window. I know it is quite easy but for safety precautions, they didn't allow us to try the others.

After the lunch, we started on our hike! d= It was quite fun and enjoyable as we visited a lot of places, all through our own leg muscles. We walked to the goat dairiy farm to see the goats, the frog farm and many others! It was quite satisfying at the end when we came back. I felt that i had, again, completed another difficult task.

After dinner, we had campfire. To be fair, the trainers tried their very best to tell jokes, which were really funny. But, we were simply too tired and could not really concentrate and enjoy ourselves. And all classes had to come up with a cheer and a play. Our cheer was extracted from the banana song, which i cant be bothered to type it down. If u want, ask me for it. Our play was also an extract from advertisements. Since our group's theme is on monkeys, our play involved 4 students acting as monkeys. Hmm. Probably i shouldn't had said this. It is so embarrassing. I was picked to be one of the monkeys. Crap. But i gave my very best. =)

3rd day
Most of us will probably think that the last day is usually very slack. But in our case, we pespired as much as yesterday. Why? Cos we had to strike down all the tents and clean them. Yes, clean them. By which i mean using a cloth to wipe it slowly. By the time we finished, we were all driping sweat. The rest of the time was spent on saying goodbyes and farewells. Soon, we boarded the bus and left for school. Sniff.

For me, i went home with a lot of things. I went home with a new experience, new friendships between our trainers, a whistle my trainer gave to me only and most of all, some values. I learnt that in order to succeed in life, one have to be daring and willing to try. Also, as our trainers always say, planning is important, but so is executing the plan. I also went home with some injuries. Some minor cuts and a painful back. (i fell down on the first day when pitching the tent. The things are so damn heavy that i cant see the slope in front of me.) Ouch! But, i lost a fork. LOL

Well, i think that is all for today. i am so tired now. See ya.

My fault that my younger sister is not prepared for her prelims.

My fault that my younger sister does not want to approach me to help her.

My fault that my younger sister is not using the correct method to study.

Everything seemed to be blamed on me. I SERIOUSLY don't know why. Anyone can help me???

Totally crap.

Yeah! The outing today was SO nice! Thanks a million to that person! I love you.

We went around orchard road, shopping in various shopping centres. LOL. i forgot which shopping centres we went to. But most of our time is spent in plaza singapura. Seriously, it was fun! Haha. We also went to catch a movie, "The Super Ex-Girlfriend". It was quite funny and nice. d=

Oh yeah, we saw Louis Koo, the international movie star at plaza singapura. For those of u who don't know who he is, his chinese name is "Gu3 tian1 Le4". All the girls were chasing after him. LOL.

To round off this post, i will be attaching an email i received a few days ago. (=

Difference between Friends and Bestfriend

Friend: calls your parents by mr. and mrs.
Best friend: calls your parents dad & mom or tito & tita.

Friend: has never seen you cry
Best friend: has always has the best shoulder to cry on

Friend: never asks for anything to eat or drink
Best friend: opens the fridge & makes himself at home

Friend: asks you to write down your number.
Best friend: they ask you for their number. (cuz they can't remember it)

Friend: borrows your stuff for a few days then gives it back.
Best friend: has a closet full of your stuff

Friend: only knows a few things about you
Best friend: could write a biography on your life story

Friend: will leave you behind if that is what the crowd is doing
Best friend: will always go with you

Friend: will ask where you've been
Best Friend: will say MISS YOU!

Crap. I really feel crappy now. Why?

Cos the class fund was stolen! WTH!

$700 leh. Not $7.

All of it gone. That idiot thief didn even leave a single cent. According to Alan, our class now owes both the bookshop and CDS a few hundered dollars. Our form teacher helped us a bit by paying it out of her pocket first, until we recover the money.

Fat hope.

I don't think we can find out the thief. I mean, which thief will be stupid enough to bring the money he stole to school? Crap.

And the DM is giving us until Mon to find out who the thief is. That is like 3 days from today? It will be impossible. Our form teacher still refuses to believe that the thief is one of our classmates. Well, as preston said, "Where is the integrity of 2B? Oh i juz remembered. It does not have one.".

---

But on the brighter note, at least my results are satisfactory so far.

English --> still don't know yet
Chinese --> 57/80 (A2)
Math --> 36/40 (A1)
Chemistry --> 32/40 (A1)
History --> 17/20 (A1)
Geography --> 21/25 (A1)
Literature --> Don't know yet
Infocomm Studies --> 28/30 (A1)

Straight As so far. Hope it can continue...

That's all.

sian week
Posted on: Monday, August 14, 2006
Posted at: 7:28 PM
Hey guys! hmm.. i had been slacking over the last week. Haha. But, this week, there will be no more holidays le, so i think that i should start to do something about my lack of ACE. Any ideas from anyone? d= If i am not gonna max out my ACE soon, i dun think i will stand a chance of being exempted from any subject. zzz. oh well.

Oh yeah, i had a weird dream last night. i dreamt that i had finish all my exams and is hanging out with my friends. LOL. Guess that is still a long long way.

Yay! i got A1 for my history. 17/20. there are like 3 people who got full marks. but u think i care? Haha. That will be my fourth A1 for this term. My math, chemistry and infocomm studies also got A1. Yipee! i must hit my aim this term, which will be a secret. only i know. =)

The chinese teacher briefed us today on what is the test on wed is going to be like. OMG! can u believe it? there are like 1 综合填空, 3 阅读与理解 and 1 长文缩短. And she is giving like 1 hr 20 min only? Sigh.. Need to write very fast le.

The math teacher scolded us today. She seemed a bit upset when like more than half of the class did not do her homework. But at least i did. XD but i really pity her. After all, she tried her best.

And yupp, the lit test today was quite ok. The question is not very difficult. and i wrote quite a lot. Hee hee. But my ink ran out during the test. So the script looks kinda funny cos its partially blue and partially black.

Totally sian. There will be no more training for this term. Come to think of it, i really start to miss training now. P.T. especially. LOL. Dun know why, but i feel great after p.t.. So, yeah.. (p.t. stands for physical training for those of u who dun know)

And, i am really looking forward to the outing this sat. Haha. To that someone whom i will not name here, see you on that day! (p.s. dun be angry i didn name u. i dun want word to get around. LOL.)

Well, that's all for today. See ya!

busy week ahead

Hey guys. This week has been a slack week. I am sure many of u will agree. =) Oh yeah, the national day parade ( the real one) ROCKS!! The new SAR21 rifles are so cool. Also, i saw the npcc contingent commander. i saw him at SYF. thats why i find him familiar. LOL. The number one ceremonial unforms are so ever nice. If u bothered to read my pathetic wishlist, u will know that one of my wishes is to wear the number one uniform. Haiz, maybe it would not happen..

I saw Soon Yang at the bus stop that day. Anyway most of u wouldnt know who he is, unless u went for the SYF parade.He was waiting for the bus and when i walked past, he looked up and stared at me. Probably i was wearing mufti that day...

Oh well, the next few weeks are going to have lots of activities going on.
Week 8-->3 tests (lit, chi and math)
Week 9--> 2 days of IDS + 3 days of camp
Week10--> chemistry module EXAM + teachers' day (my bday! d=)

Yeah, for 1 thing, the holidays are nearing again. But on the other, i thought test week was supposed to be over? Sigh.. 3 tests + 1 exam to go. Camps are ok, but this one is school oprganised, held in somewhere outside school. Schools camps are always very sian de. i prefer npcc camps. At least, it is more fun. Teacher's day is getting nearer. Hmm.. should i buy something for mr. ong? Ideas? haha.

Hey ppl! Today was the celebrations for national day. If u remember, i am supposed to march as the guard-of-honour contingent. Haha.

WE screwed up.

Just before the parade started, something that i dun tink in my whole life i will see it happened. CI koh chao rong cried.

He really did.

His words are touching. He told us that this will be the last time he will be talking to us as a squad. He told us that after today, we need not address him as "sir". But, the most touching part was when he said,"i want u all to shine in this parade. during the parade, if u feel like giving up, pls remember that there will be a person at the terraces supporting u all the way. and that is me." With this, he cried. He really did. He had to wipe his eyes before walking off. I can tell that he really likes npcc.

I pity him. I really do. I look up to him, a great CI. I nearly cried too, but i held it.

The parade, i had no comments.

We suck.

In fact, not only us, but all the uniform groups screwd up. This is the worst parade that i ever participated in.

After the parade, we got scolded and shelled by another CI. He told us that even the supporting contingent is better than us. Ask him go to hell. They are carrying batons and we are carrying rifles. BIG BIG BIG differences. The drills are more compilcated and it is damn heavy. Once again, chao rong cried. not as bad as before the parade. his eyes became red again. he said, "if, i had offended u in any way in the past year, pls accept my apologies. i say sorry to u now." I dun really hold it against him. Sigh...

The carnival later on was very sian... virtually nothing to do. i finished walking around the whole thing in less than 5min. Haiz.. but we cant go home cos they block up the gate and only opened it at 1130. What a long wait.

Erm, got to go for my family gathering now. See ya!

Live shoot
Posted on: Friday, August 04, 2006
Posted at: 8:37 PM
Hey people! Today was quite a fun and satisfying day for me, haha.

Today was dress-down-day. Don't get the wrong idea, it just means wearing home clothes to attend lessons. We were having lessons as usual. Well, ever heard of the story of the boy crying wolf? Today, it is the story of a boy crying fire. LOL. At about 12.30, the fire alarm suddenly ringed. We all thought it was a false alarm at first. But the bell continued and we all thought it was a fire drill. SO as usual, my class cheered like hell. "FIRE!!!" Haha. As if. It turned out to be a false alarm and on the way back to class, i saw the DM walking away with a boy behind him. And i heard the DM saying something like" You got nothing better to do is it? Why you go and play with the alarm?" And i also heard him telling one of the estate office staff to call and cancel the fire engine. Haha. ( if u guys want to know more, read preston's blog. It is linked from my links drop down menu...)

Later on, i went for the LIVE shoot. IT was so damn SHIOK! The feeling was so great! You had to know that the bullets are real and can kill. It is so damn "zai", the bang bang sounds and the recoil and the smoke... But sadly, we get only 1 LIVE shoot this year. But nvm, i will look forward to it again next year.

When i got home from a quick dinner at BPP, i saw my father lying down with a glommy face. I whispered to my sister and asked her what happened. From what i can gather, my father nearly got involved in a car accident. According to my sis, there was a motorist wanting to turn out at the junction near petir road. My father swerve left to let him out but the motorist also turned in the same direction. So yeah, my father had to turn like don't know what to avoid the collision. Then both of the vehicles reach the traffic light junction and it was a red light. That is when the trouble started. The motorist apparently knocked on the window of my father's car to ask my dad to come out. But my father just ignored him cos he was too tired from the day's work. Soon, the motorist very unhappy and pointed the middle finger at my dad. But still, my dad beared with it. Then the thing happened. THE MOTORIST SPAT AT MY FATHER'S CAR!!! In the end, my dad has to take a detour to avoid the motocycle. I prefer to remain neutral to say who is at fault cos i was not at the scene, but there is a chinese saying jun zi dong kou bu dong shou. The motorist is really using his mouth a lot. (P.S. the spit is still there.)

Well, thats all for today! C ya!

Yipee! for those of u who still don't know, my bday is officially 1 month away! It's on 1 Sep. Haha. Hmm... i wonder what surprises i will get this year. Haha. Matthew is acting weird weird this few days and clement keep telling me to wear more layers of clothes on 31 Aug, cos 1 Sep no school. LOL. I will be prepared at least...

Also, the long-long-awaited teachers' day is here again! i still remember me telling merwyn on CNY that teachers's day is still far far away. Haha. Guess that time flies... Oh well, i will get to see all my primary school friends again, though i see kian fong and ming ze almost every weekend, cos we always play bball together.

Tommorow will be a heavy day, for me at least. There are 2 tests, chemistry test and chinese common test. Have to mug for both. Haiz.. After that, there will be NDP rehearsal again, in full-u this time. Then thursday still got infocomm studies test. Don't know what time i will reach home tommorow, but still, have to mug...

Thats all for today, cos i still need to study chem. C ya!
