Crazy crazy week and even more crazy to come! Banner painting on Monday till 6+ (though some of them left at 10), H3 on Tuesday, CCA Exhibition on Wednesday (talk until mouth dry), Commserve on Thursday and H3 again on Friday. Super exciting but at the same time tiring. And I guess next week's gonna get worse.

Since next Friday is CNY celebrations, next Thursday will be running Friday's timetable. So my schedule for next week looks something like this. Commserve on Monday, H3 on Tuesday, most likely some Interact stuff on Wednesday and H3 again on Thursday. And if you think Friday's gonna be slack, you are damn wrong. Some 40 elderly are coming over to hwachong on Friday to watch our celebration and we Interactors have to entertain them. By entertain I mean play games with them, watch performances with them, eat with them and drink with them. Not to mention the tons of preparation needed prior to Friday itself since I am in-charge of food and souvenirs. Ultimate saikang.

Now whoever said Interact is for girls only? And to those who think we are a slack CCA, think again. Do you know how hard we the ExCo work to organise events? And again how hard is it to answer to teachers like holy? Trust me, you wouldn't want to be in my shoes. At least NPCC's a "recognised" CCA even though it's also full of saikang and idiotic teachers like the one who isn't really tall.

And this brings me to another point. Who is to judge which CCA is busy and which CCA is not. Unless you are in that CCA itself, you wouldn't know what they are busy with and how busy they are. So what if Interact is a Club CCA. It doesn't mean anything right? I especially HATE it when people say things like "you are in Interact?!?!". Well I guess most people have the perception that people in club CCAs are those geeky and nerdy type who are not active at all. If you think that way, I am so sorry but you are terribly wrong. Though I am not that fit, I think I still can get gold for NAPFA? I got 29/30 last year by the way. And Interact's full of fun fun people. I should know cos everyone in OCIP Batam is cool ttm.

Yes, sports or musical people may have trainings like everyday but what I believe is everyone has to commit to their CCAs. Once you chose it, there's no turning back. If I wasn't resilient, I would had given up on NPCC long ago. You have to realise how hard it is to struggle 2 parades (and academics, which I am not good at) per year during my Sec 2 and 3 days. FYI, parades means external parades. Trainings usually start a few months prior to the date itself. Unlike the lousy school national day celebrations which has only like 2 rehearsals? And of cos, not to mention dealing with ExCo work in Sec 3 and 4.

Oh well. I said my piece. Feel free to rebut. I just had to get this off my chest somehow.
