Saw a Nike advertisement just now when I was coming back home. It went something like this,

You hurt yourself.
You get better.
That's human.

I think it quite sums up a lot of things bah. Be it exam results, setbacks in CCA or even in relationship problems, what's important is to pick yourself up.
